The company I am representing here is hiring new employees as "Direct Support Professionals"DSP's to assist people with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. These positions are the focus of this Ad, however, other positions include Program Directors, Administrative positions and Clinical Nursing positions,
Full time DSP employees are generally based at a single residence, while Per Diem employees can work at a variety of locations. The company is substantial in size with a great reputation spanning across most of the North Shore of Massachusetts.
The wage structure is built upon an employee's level of experience. ( Experience is helpful but not necessary.) the wage is also determined by the level of the house that an employee works at. Annual wage increases are also given!

There are generally 3 different shifts at many of the locations, although there are several variations. the general shifts are from either; 9am-3pm; 3pm-11pm, or Awake or Asleep shifts from 11pm.-9am.

Simply put, if I, or any other employee is the source of bringing someone on board as a new employee, such as yourself, financial rewards are given.
