We pay $750 every Friday. You live in our two bedroom. One bath apartment that sits on 3 acres. Beautiful countryside walking distance to lake Champlain New York.
We do buy all the food for the house, and we can throw in a couple goodies.
We have unlimited Wi-Fi. Of course we cover the electric propane yard and trash.
We furnished the two-bedroom apartment for our mother. Very nicely. Living room has brand new sectional couch with large flat screen television.
Both bedrooms are furnished. Very nicely. Queen size beds. One for you and one for Anna.
Anna has been living here for a few years. Very comfortable, easy to take care of.
This property has lots of walking area, surrounded by woods and peacefulness.

We are searching for a friendly and reliable caregiver in Champlain, New York for a very sweet 87-year-old lady. This is for a full time position only and you will be required to stay at the location .We would prefer someone who has experience with dementia, patient or is at least knowledgeable. It is, however not a requirement. Training session will be offered. Please direct message me if interested and I will schedule an appointment for a video call.

Anna lives in a very nice fully furnished apartment.
Looking for a mature lady with some experience
Anna is very easy to care for.
She wakes up happy, just needs reminded to use the restroom and sometimes her diaper changed.
Cooking is a plus if you like to cook , we buy a very nice abundance of different varieties of food for you and her.
Our apartment that she stays in has beautiful furniture, flat screen, television, all connected to Wi-Fi, with YouTube etc
It is a two bedroom. The one bedroom for you and our full-time caregiver does have a flat screen television as well. With unlimited Wi-Fi, YouTube, Netflix, etc.
And Anna has her own bedroom on the other side of the apartment. Queen size bed. Very nice.
The apartment does have a washer and dryer so you can keep up with the laundry while taking car of Anna.
Anna enjoys just watching different shows, movies etc.
She enjoys her nap in the afternoon.
She enjoys her small little lunch and then of course dinner before bed.
The house is located on 3 acres in between rouse's point and Champlain.
