Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Massachusetts

You will be providing impeccable care to a couple by assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management.Please note we are searching for either an LPN or RN for this case.
SHIFT: MONSUN 10A-10P or 10P-10A

Responsibilities
Providing services in accordance with policies and procedures and regulations that define scope of practice
Prepares clinical and progress notes on the relevant and specialized nursing services he/she provides
Preparing equipment and materials for treatment, adhering to aseptic techniques as required
Assisting the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques as required
Assessing patient/family response to care
Ensuring communication of information to appropriate team members
Administering insulin
Accompanying the clients to doctor appointments
Qualifications
Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN)orLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, currently active and in good standing
Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality are strict requirements
Must have driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
Comfortable with dogs
