We are looking for personable and reliable staff for two amazing live-in positions in Lexington. Each position is within a residential home supporting adults with disabilities. This is a perfect opportunity for college or graduate students, or professionals working in the area. Live RENT-FREE in a private apartment within the home in exchange for specific, part-time, live-in duties.
These beautiful homes are both within walking distance to Lexington Center and all that the town has to offer. The residential homes are operated by Toward Independent Living and Learning (TILL), Inc. TILL is a non-profit that supports people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and Autism, through a variety of day, residential, clinical and vocational services
Applicants should have experience working with adults with Developmental disabilities and have CPR certification. Driver’s license and vehicle required; CORI check required. No pets are allowed due to the health and safety of residents. TILL Live-in staff do not receive compensation for live-in duties. Specified duties are in exchange for full or discounted rent. Most TILL live-ins work other part-time or full-time jobs within or outside of TILL, Inc., or attend school.
