I'm looking for some support with mental health and motivation. I have a hard time getting out of bed and motivating to get to work in the morning. I'm looking for support for someone to call me at approximately 6:45 ish am Monday-Friday with a wake up call and some support. I'd need you to offer some gentle support and then hold on the line with a goal of me making it to the car by 7:15 am. So it would work out to 5 half hour sessions at $20 or $100 a week. If you have training in mental health or are just a kind and reliable person you would be a good fit. I don't want a drill sargent. Some days I may need to cancel last minute if I need more time to sleep. I'd like to strike a balance between discipline, gentleness, accountability and autonomy. There may be a possibility for additional needed evening hours to help with supporting an evening wind down routine before bed. Please let me know your professional and/or personal experience with mental health support and what schools of thought you base your approach in. Also please let me know if you may be available for evening support as well.
