Ideal Candidate:
lives locally in the Cambridge area
is self-motivated and able to manage daily tasks independently
can be focused and present while on duty, with strong attention to detail
can maintain a clean, organized living space
has a valid driver's license for occasional transport using our wheelchair van
can cook healthy meals, with an understanding of nutrition basics
is physically capable of performing transfers (lift equipment provided)
values authentic connections, smart discourse and continuous learning
Core Responsibilities:
grooming, dressing, hygiene, transfers
meal planning, prep, feeding
household management (cleaning, organization, cat care)
occasional overnight shifts
Compensation & Benefits:
15-40hrs/week @ $20/hour with perqs
