Trinity EMS seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented and personable individual to join our Billing Department at our Corporate Headquarters in Lowell, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position with a 40 hour work week.

This individual will be responsible for interacting with patients in a highly professional manner and ensuring the quality and confidentiality of demographic and health insurance data entered into our accounts receivable system. The Registration Clerk works as a part of a closely-knit team; strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task are critical.

The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, plus three (3) years of professional office experience in a billing or accounting department. Solid computer skills including Outlook and Excel are required. Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Note: Due to COVID-19, Trinity’s Billing Department is currently working remotely; after an orientation and training period, the Registration Clerk will be working remotely on a full-time basis to start, with the possibility of a blended (office and home work) arrangement in the future.
