Abernathy Home Care seeks a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Care to join our dedicated team in Stoneham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will have the rewarding responsibility of overseeing and coordinating the care of our valued clients in the comfort of their own homes. Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, you will ensure the delivery of top-quality care and promote a safe and nurturing environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage a team of dedicated and skilled home care professionals.
Oversee the day-to-day clinical operation standards.
Assess clients' health needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.
Ensure compliance with all relevant medical regulations and standards.
Prepare and submit DPH and Protective Service reports.
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate clients and their families on health management and self-care techniques.
Requirements
Hold a current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
Possess prior experience in home care or a related field.
Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Show the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Bilingual preferred but not required
