Seeking female PCAs – Monday and/or Saturday evenings –2 to 4 hours anytime between 5 PM and 9 PM.
The job pays $19 an hour right now, but likely to increase in the year ahead. Also provides earned sick leave or personal time, as well as time and 1/2 for 6 holidays.
I am looking for kind and capable personal care assistants to help me keep living a meaningful and productive life.
It helps if you have some experience, but we can teach you if you do not. I am very appreciative of the PCAs who have helped me live the last 35 years independently. I live in a very friendly neighborhood and have close friends and family.
I am a quadriplegic so I need help getting into bed – we use a Hoyer lift,
Basic routine is feeding me supper– and minor cleanup afterwards.
Sometimes laundry or range of motion are needed.

Transportation – Buses run from Forest Hills to Roslindale Village, which is about a
10 minute walk to my house. There is also a 51 bus that runs between Forest Hills and Cleveland Circle. It stops at the end of my street, and then a very short walk down the street. You can look it up on MBTA.com. Commuter rail runs from Roslindale to Boston on the Needham line.
That stop is a 5 minute walk from my house.
