M&C Assemblies is seeking self-motivated, hard-working, and reliable individuals, with strong mechanical abilities, to assemble items such as: bikes, grills, wheelbarrows, lawn mowers, fire pits, patio furniture, and much more in our client retail stores.
Efficient Technicians can make anywhere from $300 to $1000 per week, or more! The more you build, the more you make, so the sky is the limit!
Compensation:
Performance-based
Settlements paid weekly.
Premium rates for meeting client standards:
Earlier start times.
High productions.
Assembly completion satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have your own tools:
Recommended Tools: Cordless impact drill with assorted bits, impact driver, metric/standard socket set, wrench set, hammer, screwdrivers, mallet, safety knife, etc.
Ability to follow assembly instructions, per manufacturer guidelines.
Ability to complete product assemblies independently and efficiently.
A smart device (phone or tablet) capable of downloading apps. (for invoicing / settlement purposes)
Availability:
20 to 40 hours per week.
