Our team is committed to collaboration and achieving exceptional results, all while sharing a love for cannabis.Position Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (No weekends!) Shift: 1st Shift Salary: $17.25 per hour Benefits: Comprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental coverage 50% Discount at dispensary Earn monthly credits toward dispensary purchases Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Sick Leave (PSL) Opportunity for Overtime Pay (OT) when available Holiday Pay at 1.5x when worked Responsibilities: Harvest cannabis plants with precision. Trim plants meticulously to remove unwanted material. Meet daily production quotas while ensuring product quality. Maintain cleanliness of tools and workspace on a daily basis. Vigilantly identify and address potential contaminants. Accurately record weights in compliance with regulations. Requirements: Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours and perform various tasks. Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and comfortable with heights up to 30'. Proficient in repetitive upper extremity motions and forceful grip/pinch movements. Willingness to wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE). Familiarity with basic computer usage and hand tools. Must be 21+ years old. Tolerance for kief in the air.
