About the Job
We are seeking a fast-paced Lead Carpenter with at least 3 years professional experience in carpentry with a focus on restoration/remodeling and general construction. This position would support our abatement teams.

Compensation negotiable depending on skills and length of experience.

Required:
3+ years carpentry experience with a focus on restoration/remodeling is a must as we often work on homes 100 years and older.
Valid Driver’s License & reliable truck
Basic carpentry tools – compressor, finish nail gun, compound miter, table saw & hand tools.
Experience:
Carpentry/Renovation: 3+ years of minimum experience.
Interior Carpentry:
Approximately 50% of the work involves installing windows – both new & restored
Install/replace trim – chair rail, door casings, window casings, stool cap, aprons, stops, plus miscellaneous items – shelves, baseboard, etc.
Install exterior & interior door units
Stairway work – treads, risers, balusters, etc.
Exterior Carpentry:
Install railings
Install treads
Properly vent soffit/fascia – including continuous vents
Replace ridge vents
Install trim
Aluminum brake work – wrapping window & door trim, soffits, fascia, etc.
Vinyl siding
