We are seeking a skilled, reliable and Experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and or commercial carpentry, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship on time and within budget. Taping/painting experience is a plus.
There will be opportunity for pay increase with proof of abilities.
Actual job description:
- Perform quality carpentry: framing, drywall, cabinetry, trim, doors, flooring, stairs, decks, etc.
- Labor: will be required to help with material pick up and delivery as well as lifting and general labor on jobsite.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools including saws, planers, Nailers, and drills
- Must have great communication skills for interacting with clients
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specs
- Maintain work area and equipment in a safe, clean and orderly condition
- Ability to carry heavy loads up to 100 lbs.
