We are currently looking for residential cleaners to join our Boston, MA team. The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for apartment buildings we currently service. This role ensures a welcoming, safe, and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service common areas including bathrooms, lobbies, gyms, etc according to company guidelines.
Use Vacuums, Steam machine / Ozone machine for heavy stains on furniture and Upholstery as needed
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including adhering to established protocols and using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Have competency in filling out digital forms.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills:
Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with technicians to ensure timely reporting and resolution of maintenance issues.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity and ability to operate cleaning equipment.
