Construction Personnel Needed – General Labor & Concrete Masons (Full Time / Inside Work)
Compensation: Based on experience / $28-$42 per hour

We’re a well-established Waterproofing and Restoration construction company looking to hire experienced General Laborers, Concrete Masons, and Waterproofing mechanics for full-time positions.
Current projects looking for immediate hires, are indoors, including overhead and flat concrete work. Over-head demo and flat demo are main scopes of current projects. Current project is night work, 9:00 pm - 4:30 am. This project is located in Cambridge
Other miscellaneous projects scheduled for remaining winter months are located around greater Boston area / south shore, outside and during the day.
We are looking for:
-IMMEDIATE: Experienced concrete masons that know how to patch over head, pour concrete, and finish concrete.
-IMMEDIATE: General labor to perform over head and horizontal concrete demo. Misc material handling and mixing concrete / mortar / construction products, assisting with general job site conditions, and miscellaneous task around job sites.
-IMMEDIATE: Experienced waterproofing mechanics for remaining 2025 season, who have worked in garages installing WABO joints or equivalent, and deck coating applications.
- Experienced Waterproofing mechanics for 2026 spring season, Swing staging work, Exterior high-rise caulking, AVBs, Thru wall flashing, below grade waterproofing, damp-proofing, deck-coating applications, Injections and other speciality waterproofing applications. Must be comfortable with heights and also confined spaces. (EXPERIENCED REQUIRED VERY COMPETITIVE PAY OFFERED)
- Experienced Masons, for 2026 season. Thru-wall flashing brick, block, stone work, comfortable working off of staging, thru-wall flashing, lintel installation / replacements, tuck pointing, mortar removal / installation, color matching. (EXPERIENCED REQUIRED VERY COMPETITIVE PAY OFFERED)
