We are seeking someone to join our Team and grow with us.
We are looking for an experienced Day Porter/Cleaner with maintenance capabilities to perform many building-related activities. You will be responsible for cleaning Tenant Bathrooms, Offices, and Common Areas in Good , Clean, and Stocked conditions at all times. General Understanding of Equipment, Plumbing, Electric, and General Maintenance Principles related to building operations. Ensuring that facilities are safe and functioning at alltimes. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, superior customer relations and
communication skills can set you apart in our candidate pool.
Performing assigned tasks proficiently and with effective time management.
Work as a team with all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeeper, security officer,
concierge, as well as our contractors and vendors.
Assist with the management of the upkeep and efficiency of all building systems, equipment,
such as electrical and plumbing.
Assist with the activities like parking, waste disposal, building security, etc.
Immediately report any risk and liability issues to your Supervisor.
Assure customers and tenants have been advised of requests, regular scheduled maintenance,
and emergencies, in a timely manner.
Properly log any repairs or maintenance tasks needed or done that were not assigned.
Assure detailed, timely response, is taken for tenant requests and communicate the results.
Always observe safety and OSHA approved
policies and regulations. Report those who don't.
Assist tenants, customers, and visitors whenever possible.
Proffer recommendations and advice to Supervisors on strategies and steps to take to ensure
the smooth running of the building property and satisfied tenants.
