Summary:
The Lowell Sun is looking for a District Manager. As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing multiple branches within your assigned district. Your main responsibilities will revolve around providing guidance, driving operational excellence, and achieving sales and revenue growth.
What you will do:
Deliver down routes
Support carriers on routes, assist in warehouse operations, and help single copy as needed
Collect carrier bills if necessary
Entering system corrections for carrier and customer information
Follow-up with customers to ensure problem situations have been resolved
Projecting a positive image in presentation of customer service
Expand Circulation by getting more subs on routes using promotions, sample programs, and contests
The annual salary range is $40,000 - $43,888. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers eligible employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, as well as paid time off and select paid holidays (all benefits are based on eligibility).
