Trimming Lead: We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills to partner with our Dry Trim team to achieve goals! Keep Trim & Package Schedule up to date Transferring strains into Trim department Communicate with Cure about what we will be taking for next to trim Coordinate with Cure to get harvest ready for transfer Digitally and physically bring in the next strain Quality check strains before they get to the trimmers Add any information about strains to the Cure department take down report Strain Swaps Post trim harvest Weighing Trimmers finished material at EOD or during strain swaps Enter trim #s into Production Total Sheet and write on white board Monitor trimmer averages Quality check trimmers done nugs periodically throughout the shift Coaching and encouraging when quality/ quantity issues arise Training trimmers on how to spot mold/seeds Sending a rack (if package lead is not able to) Assorted trim equipment maintenance Changing broken kief screens, reorganizing trim sets, changing springs on shears etc. Responsibilities of all leads/supervisors:· Daily email communication with leadership team· Interviews· Team member reviews· Monitor attendance and enter occurrences as needed· Participate in monthly audit· New Employee training· Write ups· Homebase adjustments· Weed waste disposal· Washing Rags· Infused material formulationRequirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the cannabis industry preferred but not required. Ability to operate machinery effectively and safely after training if applicable. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Must adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding cannabis production and safety. Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to work in an environment with kief in the air. Ability to bend, twist and climb ladders/stairs as needed Ability to make repetitive movements Ability to stand for long periods of time or remain stationary for long periods of time BENEFITS 50% discount on product Med card discount through Medwell!
