Requirements:
15 – 20+ years of trade-related work experience is a MUST
A deep understanding of carpentry and structural repair work
Ability to read architectural drawings
Ability to understand building code requirements
General knowledge of masonry, plumbing and electrical
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $59,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime
Weekends as needed
