Reliable Fence has been building & installing fences in the Greater Boston area for 65+ years & we’re growing. We’re hiring Experienced Installers with 10 plus years’ experience working with all types of fence materials.
As an Installer, you will be in the field daily to install fences & make sure customers are happy. You must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, be a leader, love being outside, & working hard. Willingness to teach other foreman/laborers to become better at installations.

Hours:
Monday – Friday: 6:30AM – 3-5pm +/-
Saturdays: 7AM – 12PM from March to end of June and parts of the rest of the year. (Time and a half for OT and opportunity to work additional hours during the busy season.)
Job Type: Full-time, Work all year long.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (prevailing wage work as required)
Benefits: 1 week paid summer vacation, 1 week paid winter vacation & 5 sick days.
Compensation: Christmas and end of year bonus based on companies’ performance.
