About the Role:
Outdoor Perspective & New England Construction Managers, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Fleet Mechanic to join our maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of our company’s fleet vehicles and equipment—including light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Your expertise ensures that our operations stay safe, efficient, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on fleet vehicles
Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and visual inspection
Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Maintain accurate service records and comply with all safety regulations
Respond to road calls or breakdowns when necessary
Coordinate with fleet supervisors to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks
