We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Professional to join our team. This position involves performing deep cleaning tasks and maintaining high cleanliness standards in our furnished apartments. You will work closely with the Property Manager and Facility Manager to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and ready for occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning of furnished apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
- Clean and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
- Handle a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and window washing.
- Inspect apartments and common areas for cleanliness and ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Report maintenance issues or damage to the Property Manager or Facility Manager.
- Collaborate with the Property and Facility Managers to meet cleaning schedules and priorities.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
Qualifications:
- Some previous cleaning experience a plus but not required (preferably in residential settings.)
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including an occasional weekend, if needed but not often.
- Reliable transportation or live with-in close proximity.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate OR $18.50+/hour and goes up with relevant experience and abilities.
