Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance
Technician (Fleet Mechanic). This position is located in West
Bridgewater in a Corporate/Fleet Service Center and the schedule is as
follows:Â
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with 30-minute break
The following is an overview of Compensation/Benefits:
-Starting minimum wage $16.50/hour
-Additional $1.50/hour for 5+ years relevant work experience
-Additional $1.00/hour for at least 1 Automobile & Light Truck ASE
Certification (A1-A8)
-Additional $0.50/hour for MA Vehicle Inspector License

(1)PTO: 13 choice days (7 immediate, 6 accrued) and 6 holidays paid in

Responsibilities
-Certify Enterprise Car Sales Vehicles by completing a 109 point
inspection process that examines and tests all the vehicle's major
systems including engine, brakes, suspension, transmission, exhaust,
heating & cooling, lighting, etc.
-Perform basic car repair, preventative maintenance, in-fleeting
service, and other related duties for rental fleet as required and in
accordance with manufacturer's specifications and guidelines
-Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of
repairs/inspections and preventative maintenance to meet our
High-Quality Standards

Qualifications
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience handling mechanical service
procedures
-Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving
violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years
-Must have no alcohol or drug related convictions on driving record
within the last 5 years
-Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work
authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in
the future
-Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English
-Requires ownership of standard hand tools to perform basic maintenance
and repair responsibilities
-Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm
-Must have 1 ASE Certification from the list below or sign a commitment
to obtain within 90 days from hiring
