Job Description: As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $21 - $23 per hour, pay rate based off of previous experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of job sites.
Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment as required.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
Execute tasks as assigned by supervisors and managers.
Qualifications:
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORT IS A MUST
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a general laborer role is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and equipment handling.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
