We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of our property, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and visually appealing. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain flower beds
Water plants and trees as needed
Perform routine maintenance on outdoor equipment
Remove debris and litter from walkways and common areas
Assist with planting, fertilizing, and weeding
Communicate with property management regarding any landscaping needs
Ensure outdoor spaces are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
Excellent communication skills
