Established Property Management Company with 55 residential units in the Malden area is seeking a reliable General Handyman to assist us with work orders, turnovers, and rehabs.
Qualifications:
Experience in handyman-type repairs including some or all the following:
o general repairs
o painting
o flooring
o lighting/plumbing fixture repair and replacement
o site cleanup
o general lawn care and landscaping
Ability to do construction projects a plus.
General Requirements:
o reliable
o needs to have own transportation, pickup truck a plus
