Responsibilities:
Prep and paint residential and/or commercial properties (interior & exterior)
Perform surface prep work including sanding, caulking, priming, and patching
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Deliver high-quality results with attention to detail
Requirements:
Experience in painting (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Must be comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
