Salary: $30 per hour (you will receive a W-2, taxes will be paid)

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to maintain a family home of a professional couple, in Atkinson NH (on Derry line off 111).
This position requires dedication and a commitment to cleanliness that ensures the home is welcoming and comfortable. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in providing a clean, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Job will include other minor errands such as shopping, cooking, help with gardening, etc.
This is an "on the books" job - you'll get a W-2 and taxes will be paid.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the home, including but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and bathroom cleaning.
Change bed linens, wash & fold clothes
Handle kitchen cleaning duties including dishwashing and cleaning of appliances.
Replenish household supplies and identify any needed repairs or replacements.
Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule to ensure all areas of the home are attended to regularly.
Assist with the preparation of guest rooms and areas for visiting guests as needed.
Help with occasional events at the house.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
High standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good time management skills and reliability.
Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend
