-Must love love to clean
-Must have your own car
-Must be willing to learn and follow a standardized checklist while you clean
-Must be willing to sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and occasionally move small lightweight objects
-Earbuds are okay, even encouraged but they must be wireless for safety reasons
