We are a reputable and growing HVAC company serving Greater Boston and the North Shore. We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice / Helper to join our team and learn the trade alongside experienced technicians.
What you’ll do:
Assist with installation of residential and light commercial heating & cooling systems
Help load/unload equipment and materials
Keep job sites clean and organized
Work directly under HVAC technicians and gain hands-on training
What we’re looking for:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
Comfortable using hand tools and working on ladders
Previous construction or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
Driver’s license and reliable transportation
