Experienced janitorial supervisor needed Monday through Friday from 5PM to 11PM for a total of 30 hours per week. You must be able to supervise up to 20 cleaning staff members. This position is a WORKING supervisor position. There will be 2-3 hours per night of labor and 3 hours per night of supervisory duties. Some of the supervisory duties may include: making sure employees report to work on-time, time-keeping for payroll, meeting with building points of contact, chemical inventory, equipment inventory and maintenance, staff discipline, quality control reports, safety and security and reporting to operations manager.
Some of the working duties may include: vacuuming, floor moping, running commercial floor machines, dry moping and helping other staff members perform duties.
You must be multilingual in English, Spanish and some Portuguese (not required).
You must be physically able to walk large facilities on a nightly basis.
You must be authorized to work work in the United States.
