Full-time opening for landscaping crew member, with the opportunity to grow
We're a growing family business with plenty of work, as we grow as a company so will your role and responsibilities. Full-time position with overtime pay during busy times, also the opportunity to work in the winter doing snow removal. We're looking for a responsible, reliable & hard working team member. MUST have transportation or be able to take the bus to our garage (we're right on MBTA bus route near Lexington Center).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Lawn mowing
Mulching
Edging and Weeding
Spring Clean up/Fall Clean up
Bush trimming
General Landscaping
Operate ride on lawn mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, backpack leaf blower & other landscape equipment
MUST show up on time
Experience:
We prefer 1+ years landscaping experience, but willing to train great applicants
Spanish speaking a plus
Plow and snow removal experience a plus
Valid driver's license a plus but NOT needed
$20-25/hr based on experience PLUS overtime opportunities PLUS year end bonus
