Looking for a Landscape Maintenance Foreman for commercial properties. Able to perform all tasks safely and efficiently. Must be able to work with a team and delegate work, coach/ train team members, problem solve, understand responsibilities, and have core values that fit with the team.Must have experience in the following:-Maintenance of turf- Mowing, line trimming, weed identification. Spring and Fall clean ups.-Pruning experience and knowledge of all trees and shrubs. Understanding different styles of pruning and when to apply it.-Experience in mulching properties.
