Greener Group's Landscape Management Division specializes in landscape maintenance for Home Owner Associations, apartment communities, and commercial properties. Management Teams may include 3-5 members. We work with well-maintained, late-model vehicles and newer equipment.
Greener Group is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader.
Crew Leader Responsibilities:
Responsible for a crew of 3 to 4 crew members
Be responsible for safety for crew and equipment. Will be working with a well-maintained truck, and trailer,
Perform and manage general landscape duties including mowing, landscape maintenance, and annual flower installation
Perform general pruning and structural pruning of trees and shrubs
Perform and manage spring and fall cleanups, mulching, soil amendments, weeding, and flower rotation.
Crew Leader Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a crew leader in Landscape Maintenance
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and office personnel
Ability to operate various landscape equipment, tools, and vehicles
Valid driver's license, respectable driving record and current DOT medical card.
Strong work ethic
Ability to perform in the field with minimal supervision while still providing a safe work environment for the customer as well as employee
Work on Saturdays as needed

Our headquarters has 6,000 square feet of office space, a warehouse, inventory control center, full-time vehicle and equipment service, garage bays, full-service gas and diesel station, and a nursery/bulk materials center.
Our office is staffed with estimators, project managers, accounting, costing, and a business development team.
