We are looking to add a Lot Manager to our team. As a Lot Manager you are responsible for ensuring that our Lot Inventory is acturate and a proper intake is completed on every piece of collateral each day. A proper intake begins with Photographs, a Condition Report and Removal/Storage of any Personal Property inside the collateral.
The lot manager is also responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the lot to ensue operational efficency.
We are seeking a Self Starting and Commited individual that can arrive on time, stay productive, meet deadlines and will be able to follow our policy and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Common Sense
- Technology Savy (Basic Ability to PROFECIENTLY navigater basic functions)
- Valid Drivers License, with acceptable MVR.
- Ability to Problem Solve
- Ability to Think on your Feet
- Commitment to work (When your physically here, you are mentally here)
