Boston Urban Hospitality is looking for a maintenance assistant to help maintenance manager with ongoing repairs on Boston Chops (downtown crossing). Offer easy access to public transportation.
Primary duties include assisting the maintenance manager in handling routine maintenance activities. This may consist of managing minor repairs such as faulty window latches, tank toilets and changing light bulbs.
On a broader scale, a maintenance assistant ensures the overall security of the building and the equipment within.
It is essential to possess knowledge of tools and equipment that is particular to the maintenance domain. Most importantly, must be reliable and have a hard-working mentality.

Part-time hours are 2-3 flexible days per week from 7-8 am to 2-3 pm.
Compensation is $15/hr to $18/hr depending on skill.
