What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance crew members to ensure top-quality landscape maintenance.
- Promote a culture of safety within the team and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Train new team members and offer ongoing support to maintain service excellence.
- Effectively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
What We’re Looking For
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and residential landscape maintenance service and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
- Willingness to learn and grow within our team.
- Great communication skills and reliability.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and attention to detail.
