Duties and skills needed range from light carpentry, painting, to small engine oil tune ups, equipment and vehicle maintenance, general property maintenance and some landscape work. Company vehicle and tools provided. Forklift, and above experience is needed. Clean driving record needed. No drugs and must be extremely reliable. $65,000 per year.
