We are looking for a professional Maintenance Technician who takes pride in his work, has positive attitude, respects people and their property, delivers outstanding customer service, and enjoys being part of a friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Ability to work cooperatively with the Director of maintenance team.
On call one week on and one week off.
Perform various maintenance functions, electrical, plumbing, carpentry duties.
Perform emergency on -call service for afterhours maintenance related issues as required, snow removal.
A valid driver’s license, clean record (driving) criminal background check.
2-5 years’ experience.
