Job Title: Manufacturing Buffing Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Buffing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for polishing and buffing metal surfaces to a high shine, ensuring that the finished products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate buffing machines and equipment to polish metal surfaces
Use tools to remove excess material, smooth rough edges and refine surface finishes
Inspect parts and components for any defects or imperfections, and make necessary corrections
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production goals are met
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards of quality
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with machinery and tools
