Position involves interacting with customers for scheduling, proper write up of symptoms and services requested. Writing estimates for repairs and communicating with customers on required services and repairs. Obtaining repair authorization, finalizing repair invoice with parts and labor after repairs performed and follow up with customer after repair completion. Must have a personable attitude and great customer service skills. Experience with Mitchell One invoicing and parts tech are a plus. Overtime after 40 hours. Excellent pay and benefits.
