North of Boston is a family farm in Boxford, Massachusetts that specializes in bringing exceptional food to everyone—absolutely everyone. We offer the state’s most flexible and customizable home delivery service. We sell at a wide range of Massachusetts farmers markets and we operate a farm store that’s inclusive, accessible, and fully stocked seven days a week. And we run a food access program that dependably brings fresh food to shelters and families that might otherwise go without.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. custom pack retail orders that come in from our website for home delivery (produce, meats, local foods)
2. Assist with inventory management in pack room and coolers/freezers
3. Conduct regular quality checks of all food in our pack room, coolers, and retail store.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer happiness
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
2. Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, and loading/unloading items
3. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
4. Must have a smartphone for use with our farm’s time clock and scheduling app
5. Must be comfortable using text messaging for regular communications
6. Must be able to work in a startup environment in which change to process, day-to-day operations, and overall infrastructure is commonplace.
7. Must be respectful, collaborative, positive, and keenly aware of customer happiness.
