The Begley Companies, an industrial/commercial property management company that is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance painter and general laborer. This position maintains buildings and grounds for multiple sites in and around Woburn, MA.
Building and grounds maintenance includes exterior/interior commercial painting, general labor and maintenance. This position also will work closely with a project manager to complete more advanced projects.
This position will work with a small team of employees, as well as independently, must have a strong work ethic, be self-driven, and proactive and reliable.
This is a salaried position based upon experience and proven dependability.
Job hours are 8:00 - 4:00, M-F.
