We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Post Construction Cleaner. As a Post Construction Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that newly constructed buildings are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for occupancy.
Responsibilities:
Remove construction debris, dust, and dirt from all areas of the building, including floors, walls, and surfaces
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas to meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Dust and polish fixtures, fittings, and appliances
Vacuum and mop floors to remove dirt and dust
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
Perform other cleaning duties as required to ensure the building is clean and ready for use
Requirements:
OSHA 10 Certified
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CORI FORM, SITE IS A SCHOOL
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or with teams
