Experience Required. Looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with immediate availability. This is a temporary position - subcontracted. We are installing VCT in the units and halls at a local housing authority's apartment complex. We have experienced installers with experienced helpers and laborers currently on site. We are looking for someone with superintendent experience who can coordinate the scheduling of our on site staff as well as review any punch items as we go and verify quality is to standard. Each unit must be completed on schedule. This person will work with the housing authority official on site as well as the Project Coordinator over phone and email. This is a certified payroll job. We pay weekly.
