Seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician for a fast-growing real estate company. This role involves maintaining various property types, including Airbnb, short-term, long-term rentals, and condo portfolios.
This is a full-time position with 8 hours Monday through Friday with occasional nights, weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
- Handle drywall, painting, and light carpentry.
- Ensure units are tenant/guest ready.
- Maintain up-to-code safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable vehicle and clean driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of home systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
- Effective communication skills.
- Availability for 8-hour shifts, including some weekends and nights.
