Are you a skilled handyman with a passion for fixing things? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Repair & Maintenance Person to oversee multiple properties. If you have experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping and refrigeration, we want to hear from you.
General Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various properties
Minor to Major interior and exterior repairs
Sheet rock / Dry wall / Plastering
Unclogging toilets / sinks / tubs
Flooring repair – tile work and or replacement of damaged or cracked tile
Painting
Carpentry – Door and Door frame installation
Snow removal as needed along with Winterization
General Preventative maintenance on equipment and to keep accurate records of maintenance and materials used
Basic to extensive plumbing and electrical
To provide estimates on work out of your capabilities
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic with a good attitude and be able to take direction
Communication skills – through email / Text and use of photos is critical
Organized – Self Motivated – and Good Time Management
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
Must have your own tools
Valid Driver’s license and current Insurance
Ability to lift over 50# consistently
All work to be completed with safety in mind
Must be available for emergency calls
