Looking to hire a Junior Spray Tech helper/ laborer for our start up Spray Foam Insulation company. National company new to the Boston area - partnered with Rhino Linings, with top of the line equipment and technology. Great opportunity for a hard working individual to get into a new start up company that has plans for expansion.
You will help prep for job, assist lead spray tech, help clean up and keep equipment in good shape. Eventually learning how to spray.
Hiring for Part Time and Full Time positions.
Must:
-Have a positive attitude
-Work well with others - ability to listen and take direction well
- Be Motivated
- Show up everyday on time in Southborough
-Willing to learn. Will train the right person.
-Have a Valid MA Drivers License
-Some construction / labor background
-OSHA 10
-Ability to lift 75 lbs. Stand for long periods of time, squatting, kneeling, some heights, tight spaces, weather.
-Work full time & some long hours - 50-60 per week. Overtime anything over 40 hours.
Good pay and great work atmosphere. Experience is a plus and pay will be based upon that. Will train the right person. Plenty of room for growth. We are Spray Foam Genie Boston located in Southborough, Massachusetts. We service most of MA and SNH. Must be able to get to the shop in the morning.
