Looking to hire a lead spray technician for our Spray Foam Insulation company. National company new to the Boston area - partnered with Rhino Linings, with top of the line equipment and technology. Great opportunity for a hard working individual to get into a new start up company that has plans for expansion.
Must:
-Know how to efficiently Spray Open and Closed Cell Foam
-Read plans and work orders
-Follow directions
-Have a positive attitude
-Work well with others
- Be Motivated
- Show up everyday on time
-Willing to learn New system
-Have a Valid MA Drivers License
-Some construction / labor background
-OSHA 10
-Common sense performing simple tasks
-Ability to lift 75 lbs. Stand for long periods of time, squatting, kneeling, some heights, tight spaces, weather.
-Work full time & some long hours - 50-60 per week.
Background check will be performed prior to employment.
Good pay and great work atmosphere. Experience is a plus and pay will be based upon that. Plenty of room for growth. We are Spray Foam Genie Boston located in Southborough, Massachusetts. We service most of MA and SNH. Must be able to get to the shop in the morning. Getting harder and harder to find good help.
Pay will be $30,000 a year salary with a per gallon bonus of $2.00-$2.75 based on experience. No overtime and able to verify gallons sprayed based on data in the rig. Gallons top out at 100 per job. If 80 gallons is sprayed your are paid for 100. This is also negotiable based on experience. We have months of work lined up at the moment. Can start ASAP.
