International Collision Center is a small business in Acton, MA. We are looking for Tow Truck operators that are willing to work evenings, overnights, and weekends. We are professional, innovative and have the top of the line equipment needed for the job. Please read this Description in full. We are contracted by the State Police and other local police departments for Police Ordered tows and accidents.
Applicants must live within a 10 minutes of the area of responsibility; these area's include Acton, Concord, Lincoln, Lexington, Waltham. If applicant does not live in area, applicant must be able to stay within the area overnight.

```Duties```
- Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
- Operate a tow truck to safely load and transport vehicles to designated locations
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on vehicles as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including vehicle information and services provided
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with customers
- Respond 24/7 to emergency calls when on duty.
- Answer telephone calls at all hours of the night when on duty.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in commercial driving, preferably as a tow truck driver
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic automotive repairs
- Proficient in operating a tow truck for loading and unloading vehicles. Training is available.
- Ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism and patience
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Bilingual is not required but always a plus as we deal with a diverse customer base
